1. Masking adhesive: it is affected by the impact, wear and microbial corrosion of materials and various embrittlement of adhesive. Therefore, the masking adhesive shall be covered with adhesive with good tensile strength (18Mpa), wear resistance (wear resistance 20px3 / 1.61km), aging resistance and biological corrosion resistance. It also needs to have outstanding skills and functions such as stickiness. The key of formula structure design: the raw rubber of vulcanized rubber is changed to natural rubber or appropriate styrene butadiene rubber is used. 

2. Buffer glue: the buffer glue between the filling glue and the core layer can increase the adhesion between them, absorb and release the impact force of the bearing material as a buffer. The compound shall have good adhesion (adhesive force of adhesive tape is 3.15n/mm), large elasticity, low calorific value, good heat dissipation and good technical performance. 

3. Cloth layer gluing: the main function is to glue the canvas layer with core into a whole. It is required to have good adhesion to the core material (the adhesion strength between cloth and cloth shall not be less than 4.5n/mm), wear resistance (the bending times of cloth layer shall not be less than 25000 times / whole stripping), good plasticity (plasticity 0.5 ~ 0.6), scorching resistance and other skills. 

4. Cloth layer gluing: mainly natural rubber, 20 ~ 30 good styrene butadiene rubber, with rubber content of 50%. The vulcanized rubber system uses the same sulfur powder and vulcanization accelerator system. Vulcanization accelerators usually use M and DM, or add a small amount of TMTD to improve the vulcanization speed of rubber, but pay attention to prevent rubber combustion. Carbon black shall be mixed with semi reinforced carbon black or other soft plastic pigments with 10 parts by mass. Styrene butadiene rubber should be properly added with the use of gummalone resin and petroleum resin, otherwise the adhesion of the cloth surface will be reduced.
